Welcome to Black Haven. By accessing our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Black Haven operates two distinct services — our Design Studio (custom design services) and our Store (ready-to-wear fashion). Certain terms differ between these two services and are noted accordingly.

General Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Black Haven website and the purchase of products. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

Product Information & Pricing

Store (Ready-to-Wear):

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting
• Product availability is subject to change without notice
• Store prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notification
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors

Design Studio (Custom Design Services):

• All Studio design service pricing is quoted and billed in US Dollars (USD)
• Final pricing is communicated before project commencement and is subject to scope
• We reserve the right to revise Studio pricing for new or significantly changed project scopes

Ordering & Payment

Store Orders: Orders are placed via WhatsApp. By placing an order, you confirm all information is accurate, authorize payment processing, and agree to pay the total amount including applicable taxes and shipping.

Studio (Design Projects): All design projects require a non-refundable advance payment of 40% of the total quoted amount before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered. Failure to pay the advance will result in the project not being initiated.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship Store orders within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Shipping terms do not apply to Studio design projects.

Returns & Exchanges

Store: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. See our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Design Studio: Due to the custom nature of design work, the 40% advance is non-refundable once work has commenced. Disputes regarding deliverables are resolved through the revision process outlined below.

Design Studio — Revisions

Every design project includes at least one complimentary revision round. Additional revision rounds beyond what is included in your package are subject to availability and may be quoted separately. Revision scope is limited to adjustments within the original project brief — new directions or significant scope changes may be treated as a new project.

The number of included revisions for your specific project will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, designs — is the property of Black Haven and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Black Haven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
