Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after order confirmation and payment verification. You will receive a WhatsApp message once shipped.
Delivery Times
- Delhi NCR: 2-4 business days
- Major Metro Cities: 4-6 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 6-10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10-15 business days
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹2,500 within India. Otherwise charges are calculated based on order value, delivery location, and product weight.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship within India only. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete street address with a landmark.
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at [email protected] or via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
