Return Eligibility
You may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and labels must be intact
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Undergarments and inner wear
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color variations within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If unavailable, we can process a refund or store credit.
